115b. West Bars, Chesterfield On the site of a former car park are two Thorn Gamma 3s on 5m aluminium columns. These lanterns are more commonly seen on taller columns, and the smaller Gamma 5 is employed for this column height. Considering that the car park is derelict, it is unlikely that the lanterns work any more - one is missing its canopy and the door on the other column has been removed, perhaps as a result of a collision when the car park was still open.

A bowlless Thorn Beta 5 can be seen attached to the wall above the former exit gate.
