12c. Dimes Place, Hammersmith, W6. Thanks to Phillip Perry for this information. Located along this route is a 1950s' steel column supporting a newer bracket and aluminium Thorn Beta 79 lantern. The column isn't in great shape - the decoration around the base is damaged and the original door has been lost through time and a 'Wait here'-type temporary traffic light sign has been fitted instead! The reflective properties of these signs means that the base is now very visible when a light is shone on it!

By 2012, this installation had been replaced.
