139. Godward Road, New Mills, High Peak Just after the junction with Eaves Knoll Road are three Stewart and Lloyd tubular steel columns supporting GEC Z9484 55W SOX lanterns. The rest of the columns on this road may once have also supported Z9484s, although they now have other 55W lanterns fitted.

The local 'feathered' population obviously took exception to this installation:
