HR Reflector Lamp - as used in some post-top fittings in the car park of the Exeter House flats in Derby City Centre.

Prior to these lamps being installed, regular elliptical mercury lamps were used - however at night they posed a problem for nearby CCTV cameras due to the amount of glare being given off and so Jeremy had the idea of using reflector lamps to provide a more cutoff distribution.
