Spotted on 22nd March 2004, again on the roadside, again near where I live!

What I think happened: Exactly the same thing as on page 1, although the lamp and bowl are intact this time.

A new lantern and bracket were fitted at the same time as the one in page 1, however this one didn't work for quite a few months - I suspect the photocell might have been faulty.
