Lathbury Bridge, Tickford End, Newport Pagnell, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire Located in the entrance to the Toll House's driveway is a 10 ft (3 m) Revo 'Hull' cast iron column supporting a distinctive swan neck bracket (also a Revo product) and an unidentified top-entry lantern that features a wide, deep bowl. Historical Google Street View imagery suggests that only the top portion of the lantern existed in 2009, with the rest added by August 2016. The lamp type and wattage is unknown, but as no other street lighting exists on Northampton Road, which passes alongside the entrance, the lantern is likely to be in nightly operation, to improve visibility at the gateway.

A photocell bracket supporting an ST7316-type photocell has been added to the Revo fuse / time switch box on the swan neck.

The bowl appears to be held to the rest of the lantern body with three grub screws, rather than being supported by a hinged aluminium ring that clips to the lantern ordinarily.
