Twyford Road, Barrow-upon-Trent, South Derbyshire With thanks to AgentHalogen_87 for informing me of this Survivor. Attached to a property on the main thoroughfare through this small village are the remains of a Revo wall bracket that has now become obsolete following the installation of a standalone 5 m tubular steel lighting column on the opposite side of the road. Unlike the similarly disused bracket seen in Coton-in-the-Elms, which must have been abandoned for many years, this bracket seems to have remained in use into the mid-2010s. I suspect, however, that the reason for its abandonment is similar - the property to which it is attached has had an extension constructed, which has led to access issues - in this case, for the supply cable.

The outreach section of the bracket has been removed completely, leaving only the wall fixing plate and fuse box remaining. Google Street View imagery reveals that the bracket supported a top-entry Thorn Beta 5, for 35 Watt SOX (low pressure sodium) lamps, when in use.

The surviving part-night operation sticker attached to the front of the fuse box provides a rough estimate as to when the bracket was last in use - the installation has been in the current state since (at least) 2021.

Curiously, the extension to the property was already established by 2009, with the supply cable emerging through the new section of wall. In all likelihood, a fault probably developed on this cable in later years, and as it was surrounded by the building by then, the local Electricity Company would not have been able to fix the fault, causing this installation to become abandoned, and the new column to be erected as a replacement.
